MTB Series: Lessons in Resilience, Entrepreneurship and Building Success From the Ground Up

Jan 27 2026
Kwasi Godson

Every meaningful business journey is shaped not by speed, but by resilience—the ability to persist, adapt, and stay committed when progress is slow and outcomes are uncertain.

This is the essence of the Money Talks Bootcamp (MTB) Series by ABN Unite. We spotlight real business journeys that reveal what it truly takes to build, sustain, and grow ventures in the face of operational, financial, and market challenges.

In this upcoming session, the MTB Series draws practical insight from Obroni and the Chocolate Factory by Steve Wallace, founder and CEO of the Omanhene Cocoa Bean Company. His experience offers a compelling business case on long-term value creation, disciplined execution, and resilience as a core entrepreneurial skill.

Rather than focusing on short-term gains, the American industralist, Steve Wallace’s journey emphasizes building systems, managing complexity, and staying the course through uncertainty—realities familiar to entrepreneurs and professionals operating in demanding environments.
